If at first you don't succeed....

...have a good think about things in case you're doing something wrong.

Tried to get the bearings out of the TDR hubs today. Drift and hammer didn't work so I spent about an hour making a expanding collet (best description I can think of) on the lathe. That didn't work either. That's when I remembered I had a propane torch.

Five minutes later...

Job done.
