I'm slowly getting my next batch of stuff together to go to powder coating. Today was the turn of the rocker boxes. As well as stripping them I had to remove a couple of round marks in one of the boxes.
I don't know how they got there but sanding band in the Dremel soon got rid of them. A quick going over with a scotch brite wheel and a session in the parts washer and they're ready to go.
With the rocker boxes cleaned up I had a go at drilling out the sheered off hammer rivets in the timing cover. Managed to get one out but I snapped the carbide end mill doing the second so its back to ebay for another endmill then....
